INNJOO Power Bank E1 Review (10000 mAH)

Do you often travel? or their is no power supply cable in your office location? In both the case and other cases as well you need a power bank to provide juice to your Smartphone.

We received one of those been sold in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt and Nigeria. This power bank is named as INNJOO Power Bank E1.

When we opened packaging we were just curious to find out if it is Xiaomi replica? well it might be , rebranded replica with INNJOO who knows.

So now we start the test.

When we press the button these four lights will blank showing the battery level it has currently. If you plug in usb cable light will start charging your device immediately no need of pressing the button. On complete charging your device the device will automatically be turned off. Well these are few functions that worked perfectly well.

We opened the packaging and plugged in charger with 1A and 5V rating to charge this Power Bank. It was supposed to be charged completely in 10 hours but even after charging for 14 hours the 4th blinking light did nt stop, well according to spec sheet by Innjoo , it should have, So plugging it out and charging devices was our ultimate goal, to check its real capacity.

We will use two devices to charge from it for this test. and all devices swill start charging from its zero charge position (from auto shutdown status)

Xiaomi Redmi 1S (2000mAH) and Lenovo S660 (3000 mAH)

Well we devided our test in to two segments charging with Sony Power Bank cable, which is more standard built quality then provided by INNJOO, INNJOO cable is also thinner then standard one's. We will see the effect it has on charging devices

FIRST CYCLE
plugged in Redmi 1S for charging, Redmi 1S condition, battery completely dead and mobile was in auto shutdown condition due to no juice in its battery
Redmi 1S charged 90% exactly ( 2 hours from 0 to 90%)
Redmi 1S charged remaining 10% to reach 100% in  1 hour and 31 min from 90 to 100%.

So completely this device was charged in 3.5 hours.

Lenovo S660 plugged  ( a 3000 mAH battery container whose battery completely dead and mobile was in auto shutdown condition due to no juice in its battery. It took 5 hours and 20 min to charge completely)

plugged in Redmi 1S again for charging redmi 1S condition, battery completely dead and mobile was in auto shutdown condition due to no juice in its battery
Redmi 1S charged 62% exactly ( 1 hr 12 min from 0 to 62%)

SECOND CYCLE

INNJOO charger plgged for charging for a total of 10 hrs 12 min. As 10 hours is official time for it mentioned by the company.

Charging With INNJOO Provided Cable Now

plugged in Redmi 1S for charging redmi 1S condition, battery completely dead and mobile was in auto shutdown condition due to no juice in its battery
Redmi 1S took ( 3 hr 38 min from 0 to 90%)
Redmi 1S charged remaining 10% to reach 100%( 1 hour and 30 min from 90 to 100%)
So with Injoo's own cable it toot 5 hours and 8 minutes to charge completely which is 1.5 hours more then Sony's power bank cable.

To check this time lag with this cable we decided to check again with the same device (Redmi 1S) plugged in Redmi 1S for charging , battery completely dead and mobile was in auto shutdown condition due to no juice in its battery, Battery was not charging with DC current so had to first start mobile with AC to charge till 2 % and then continue with INNJOO Power bank.

Redmi 1S ( 3 hr 45 min from 0 to 90%)
Redmi 1S charged 10% to reach 100% ( 2 hour and 25 min from 90 to 100%)

This time it took more a total of 6 hours and 10 minutes, which indicates that when your power bank has low charge in it, it will delay your charging time for devices.

Then we decided to charge redmi 1S again when we became out of juice with it next day. plugged in Redmi 1S for charging, battery completely dead and mobile was in auto shutdown condition due to no juice in its battery,

Redmi 1S ( 2 hr 45 min from 0 to 60%) and the power bank died :D

So you can estimate it as a total efficiency of 6200mAH can be achieved with this device , and if you charge Power bank only 10 hours, which we suggest you to do, you are going to get 5000mAH back guaranteed, As our test result showed.

NOTE:
DEVICES IT COULD NOT CHARGE: Sony Xperia Z, Black Berry Bold 9900, Black Berry Bold 9720, Few other devices have also been reported by other users, but we have reported here what we checked our selves.

DEVICES IT COULD CHARGE Perfectly Well:
Iphone 5S, Dell Venue 8, Apple Ipad 3, Redmi 1S, Lenovo S660, Sony Xperia Ion, Sony Xperia Z1, Qmobile Noir A900, INNJOO Note, INNJOO 1s, INNJOO 2, Nokia Lumia 620, Sony Xperia L, Samsung Galaxy S3.
